2. Collection and storage of personal data, and the nature and purpose of its use
a) When visiting the website
When you access our website https://super-nailcenter.com, the browser on your device automatically sends information to our website's server. This information is stored temporarily in a so-called log file. The following information is recorded without any action on your part and stored until it is automatically deleted:
- IP address of the requesting computer,
- date and time of access,
- name and URL of the file retrieved,
- website from which access was made (referrer URL),
- browser used and, where applicable, the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your access provider.
We process this data for the following purposes:
- ensuring a smooth connection to the website,
- ensuring comfortable use of our website,
- evaluating system security and stability, and
- for further administrative purposes.
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the purposes for data collection listed above.
b) When using our forms
We provide two forms on our website: a general enquiry and a request for our price list. We process exclusively the details you enter there – depending on the form, name, company, address, e-mail address, telephone number and your message. Providing a valid e-mail address is necessary so that we know who the enquiry is from and are able to answer it. In addition, we store the IP address and the time of submission in order to prevent misuse.
When requesting the price list you may optionally send us proof of business registration as a file. This file is used solely to verify your commercial status, is not stored permanently on the web server and is deleted after the check.
The forms are processed on our own server and delivered to us by e-mail. No third-party captcha service is used; to protect against automated submissions we use only a form field that is invisible to you and which does not process any personal data.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR insofar as your enquiry is aimed at the conclusion or performance of a contract, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. We erase your enquiry as soon as it has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention obligations preclude erasure.
3. Cookies
This website does not use any cookies. Nor are comparable technologies such as local storage, fingerprinting or tracking pixels used. Consent pursuant to Section 25 TDDDG is therefore not required, and we can dispense with a cookie banner.
4. No web analytics, no third-party services
We do not use web analytics and do not create user profiles. In particular, Google Analytics, Google Maps, Google Fonts, embedded videos, newsletter dispatch services and social media plug-ins are not used on this website.
Our website is a purely static website. All files – including fonts and images – are delivered exclusively from our own server. No content whatsoever is loaded from third-party servers.
5. Disclosure of data
Your personal data is not transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below. We only pass on your personal data if:
- you have given your express consent (Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR),
- disclosure is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims (Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR),
- there is a legal obligation to do so (Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. c GDPR).
6. Website hosting
Our website is hosted within the European Union. The server log data referred to above is processed by our hosting provider on our behalf.
7. Your rights as a data subject
You have the right:
- pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR to request information about your personal data processed by us,
- pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR to request the rectification of inaccurate data or the completion of incomplete data,
- pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR to request the erasure of your personal data,
- pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR to request the restriction of processing,
- pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format,
- pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Commissioner for Data Protection, Wagmüllerstraße 18, 80538 Munich, Germany.
8. Right to object
Pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR you may object at any time to the processing of your personal data where that processing is based on a balancing of interests. An e-mail to service@super-nailcenter.com is sufficient.
9. Currency and amendment of this privacy policy
This privacy policy is dated August 2026. Due to the further development of our website or as a result of changed statutory or official requirements, it may become necessary to amend it. The current version can be viewed on this page at any time.
